Popular guitarist-singer, Fatai Olagunju otherwise known as Fatai Rolling dollar recently lost lost one of his wives, Olaitan.
Speaking
about the death, the septuagenarian disclosed that the deceased had
been admitted in the hospital for months before her eventual death on
Friday, November 23, 2012.
He added that the
sickness started after a stray firework entered his house and hit his
wife’s leg, resulting into complications days later.
Rolling Dollar as he is
fondly called is one of the oldest musicians alive in the country and is
recently popular for his ‘Won kere si number wa’ track.
